Senior Recruiter

You will work closely with Skyline Construction Inc.’s operational leaders to own the recruiting efforts and help scale our workforce. We are seeking an innovative Senior Recruiter to provide staffing solutions for a fast growing and distinguished general contractor in the Bay Area and beyond.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and drive full recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, and feedback for multiple assigned positions.
  • Capable of juggling multiple requisitions at once.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to build and maintain trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to successfully attract viable candidates using methods such as web sourcing, candidate referrals and attend various industry events.
  • Oversee the Skyline college recruiting program. 
  • Track and manage candidate feedback via the ATS system.
  • Provide various recruitment reports to hiring managers and executive team.
  • Manage external agencies and relationships.

 

Requirements 

  • 3 years full cycle recruiting experience working for fast growth company.
  • Highly organized, decisive problem solver.
  • Highly collaborative approach to everything.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Excellent work ethic, a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Knowledgeable with current compensation legislation.
  • College degree preferred.
